You can join the Neighborhood Development team at Charter focused on the design and planning of special places that will leave their mark for generations. You will work side by side with Charter’s leadership on project-based work creating some of the most memorable and recognizable neighborhoods in the country.
The Manager of Neighborhood Development gets desired access to the entire planning and development experience of new neighborhoods and is responsible for project managing the neighborhoods in their entirety. The ideal candidate can see a project from conception to completion, navigate a multitude of third-party relationships, and problem solve through the surprises and challenges that come with project management and land development. If you are adept at the implementation, execution, and orchestration of activities, manage time effectively, show remarkable resilience, and control risk to ensure you consistently perform at your best, you may have found your perfect fit.

This position requires ten years of experience solving complex problems in a demanding, fast-paced environment; demonstrated success using Microsoft Office Suite, Project, and Adobe Acrobat; and a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Law, Finance, or Accounting. If degree is in a field other than those listed, then an advanced degree or coursework is required.
